The service rep (Lawrence Wade) told me the cost of the rotation was included in the overall price and was not billed as a separate procedure. I took the vehicle back in on 10/29 and asked for a refund of the cost of the tire rotation. He assured me that during the tire rotation the tire pressure would be corrected.) After driving the vehicle for a few days I noted the left front still was under PSI and still had a slow leak - therefore the tires had not been rotated. (I informed the service attendant that the left front tire has a slow leak and is now 6 PSI under the other three tires. A few days after completion of the work, I discovered the tires had not been rotated. I took my Terrain in for oil change and tire rotation.
